Voting guidelines
So, if I understand correctly, the situation is that each IP can only vote once, And for this month only, you'll onle be able to choose one book for that one vote.

_{I understand there may be a work around for some people, dunno what's up with that, maybe if you have something funky with your IP address you can vote more than once? Dunno the techy shite, but there it is and I don't know how to change it. If this applies to you, would you kindly not abuse the your ability to mulit-vote, Keep it fun for everyone, even if that means you don't get to read your preference this time out, not going to be much of a book club if you only read stuff you know you want to read.}
